Uncertain

Hi, I'm not really sure how to start. I gave birth 1.5 months ago. During my pregnancy, I was already very insecure about my looks. My husband started working at a different location around that time (I do visit him at work sometimes). There's a really attractive woman there, about my age (23), but still with a nice, slim figure. During my pregnancy, my husband was already constantly looking at her, and now it's even worse. When I talk to him and she walks by, he stares at her with his mouth open until she's out of sight. And then he keeps looking in that direction until she comes back, and when she does, he always has to say something to her or make a joke. He has no idea what I said to him at that moment. Sometimes he has time during work to come home, but often he stays at work. I'm not sure how to feel about this, or am I just thinking this way because I'm insecure about myself right now? What do you guys think? I also can't have sex yet, it still hurts a lot. I'm trying really hard to force it because I'm afraid my husband will leave me otherwise. But it only makes it more painful. I'm not sure what to do anymore. Greetings.

Hi. This is obviously not nice, especially after giving birth. Maybe talking to him isn't an option? Tell him how you feel and how things are for you? Talking can help.

Hey, I totally get that feeling, just in a different way... My boyfriend constantly tells me how sexy I am, and it actually makes me worried that he's saying it to cover up something else... Talk about it! With your husband, or with other women around you—maybe they can see what you see too? Warm regards and good luck!

And try to give lots of attention and find time for the two of you together. Try to make home as cozy as possible so he has no reason to look at himself or that other girl.
