Hi lovely (expecting) moms,
I'll briefly introduce myself.
I'm a happy mom of a beautiful 5-year-old daughter and a wife to a super dad.
After trying for about a year and a half, I'm now 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant .

I'd love to know if there are moms who feel the same way. I'm dealing with something where sometimes I get warm inside at the thought of having another little one. It's probably crazy, but I feel so insecure then. My mind starts racing—will I do well with two kids? Will I give them both enough love? Because for the past five years, everything revolved around our daughter.

I hope this doesn't come across wrong because I can't quite put my feelings into words

I hope there are moms here who have experience with these kinds of emotions.

It's probably just the hormones

Xx

    Hi Dunya

I'm pregnant with baby #2 as well.. it took three tries to make it happen and I only just found out.
I had to spend a few months convincing my husband, and I was so desperately longing for that second child..

And now that it's finally here, I'm content, but.. joy, ecstasy, etc.. that's not there.
    Just a bewildering "huh" feeling...

But I remember it was the same with the first one and especially during the period when you're nauseous and tired, you can't imagine taking on another task..!!
It's all so abstract, and gradually (with each ultrasound, stamps, growing belly) you'll form an unbreakable bond with that little one again, and everything will eventually start to feel natural...
Of course, you'll love that little one
but first, you need to adjust and grow into the meeting!!

    Hi!

    Thanks for the quick reply.
    Congratulations!! Enjoy it.

It's definitely true that we need to get used to the new situation. Especially because we wanted it for so long and now it's here.
All moms should try to enjoy their pregnancy.
    Despite all the discomforts

    Xx
