1 breast fuller

Hi

I was wondering if any of you have one breast that looks much fuller than the other.
I mainly notice this after pumping. So I feed from that breast first and then pump. Once I didn't have time for the next feeding and gave a bottle instead. But suddenly at the next feeding, one breast was super painful, completely full and quite hard, while the other was less so. But it keeps happening like this now, with the other one feeling much softer.

By the way, I can't skip a feeding and not pump either, because then I get cracks. After 6 or 7 hours, they're really mega swollen and so hard that the little one can barely latch onto the nipple.

Does anyone recognize this?

I had that with the breast I feed more often/longer. If you feed the other one more often, it should decrease.

I recognize that too if I don't alternate well, for example giving the same breast twice in a row (though I don't get very engorged). I think it'll pick up again as long as you don't overstimulate it. It's a supply and demand system, right?
