Tips for cramps in ankles/feet

At the end of the day, my feet and legs feel like I've run miles. So painful, exhausted feeling.
At night, I'm sometimes woken up by cramps in my feet that spread to my ankles and calves.
I've already tried elevating them a bit, but it doesn't help much.

Any other tips?

Lack of fluids can cause cramps. Make sure you drink enough. I take magnesium for the cramps myself. But do check with your midwife, every pregnancy is different. ????

During teeth brushing, stand on your toes and go up and down. Helps prevent cramps, I do it every morning and evening!
