Painful, sensitive legs

Due to hormonal changes, your blood vessel walls relax, making it harder for your veins to carry waste products back from your legs toward your heart. This can cause painful, restless legs. Massage (toward the heart), drinking plenty of water, and taking extra magnesium are all options you can try that may help. Strength!

Iza, I'm a bit hesitant about those magnesium recommendations. Not every pregnant woman can just take it without asking first. It sounds like you should give your midwife or GP a quick call to check. What you can do to feel better is lie down with your legs elevated above your heart. Sometimes that helps with the pressure in your legs.
