Baby sleeping 6 weeks

Good night,
I'm new here and hopefully you guys have some tips/advice.
They officially call it sleeping through the night at 5am.
Our son, Duke, got his last bottle around 10:30-11pm and actually slept through pretty quickly until about 4am, which at one point even became 4:30-5am, and even 2x 5:30am, really ideal. Last weekend he came back a few days earlier, around 3am/4am. Not a disaster either, since we were already quite spoiled with 5-5:30am.

Now my partner mentioned that Duke falls asleep a bit later after the last feeding at 7pm and is hardly woken up, around 10pm/11pm. Partner takes care of Duke and if he gives any sign of "waking up," he picks him up. He's then very sleepy and giving the bottle takes a bit longer and sometimes with difficulty getting the last cc in.
Now I read online that if he doesn't come, you can also let him lie there because apparently he doesn't need it then and wait to see when he comes.
For the past two nights we're feeding him around 9pm, so two hours later than normal 7pm) and you guessed it, yesterday he came at 2:15am and 5:45am and now I'm also feeding.
What should I do wisely? Would almost go back to 11pm because then he slept 5-7 hours in a row.
Or should I stick with this for a week and hope he comes later and later?
Now I can get out 2x per night and that was first 1x.
Also said that the little man is quite active and wakes up a lot during the day. Maybe that's why he already slept through quickly.
Now I'm rereading it I feel like a "nag," because he comes around 2am two days and it seems like I'm already "giving up" but that's not it, I wanted the best for Duke. It's just our first child and I don't know what's wise.

You're not a nag in my eyes. I can totally understand that you're feeling unsure about what you're doing right with your first baby. I'm raising my daughter on demand. When she was 6 weeks old, she often came for the last feed around 8 PM and usually woke up again between 4 and 6 AM for the first feed. Slowly, that shifted further and further back towards 8 AM. You have a good chance that you'll also quickly notice with your baby that they're leaving a bit more time between feeds. Just do what feels right for you both. I can imagine that getting a good night's sleep is really nice with all the new experiences you have to process as brand-new parents.
