Who else is feeling absolutely nauseous in the first trimester, and what are you doing about it?
All tips are welcome!
I’m already doing everything I can, but I don’t want to take medication...

Kind regards, Eva.

Seaband (just Google it, available at places like Tuinen and Bol) helped me a lot.
    And Germber tea.
Eat small amounts regularly; for example, soup sticks.
    Strength!

Unfortunately, I experienced this too during this pregnancy.
    Terrible nausea.
I wasn’t used to that from my previous 2 pregnancies.
During my previous 2 pregnancies, I was dizzy. Also unpleasant and rough, but not nauseous all day long like I was with this pregnancy.
I lay in bed a lot and let my husband take care of our princesses.
And I just stayed in bed; there was no other way.
A piece of toast with sprinkles worked, but not bread.
    Wurst didn’t go down either.
It was strange because normally I loved things in the morning.
This pregnancy has changed me the most compared to the other 2.
But nothing, not even a good morning drink, helped.
Bread just made me more nauseous.
And tea with lemon and sugar helped.
You can’t do much about it now, but luckily it gets better as you progress in your pregnancy.
I understand how it feels. I’m glad I’m past it.
And a multivitamin for pregnant women can also help.
Then your body has it easier and your nausea decreases.

    Ginger helps!
Fresh ginger in, say, a cup of tea, or what I take are ginger capsules from Vitotaal..

    Ladies, thank you!

I'm already drinking ginger tea, sucking on ginger lozenges, wearing Sea-Bands, eating a cracker before getting up, and also vanilla custard. I also eat regularly against it, I mean, small bites all day long and very healthy.
    Now trying mint tea.
I've been taking Vital Pregnant capsules for a long time.
Stupid, right, that we kind of forget about it when we really want a 2nd or 3rd child.
Oh yes, today the least problems after toast with young cheese.

When did it get better for you?

Greetings and thanks for the replies.
