    After a pregnancy, you mean?

No, I want to be pregnant for the first time

Your ovulation is of course before your period, so theoretically it could indeed be possible! Why do you suspect you're pregnant? Only a test will give you certainty

No no, I just want to get pregnant quickly, but I'm wondering if it's possible if I haven't had my first period after stopping the pill yet. I've been doing an ovulation test every day since 10/22 and they've all been negative

If the ovulation tests were negative, I don’t think you’ve had an ovulation yet. Be patient; it can take up to a year to conceive, even if you haven’t used contraception. On average, it takes about a year to get pregnant.
