Making choices

Hi there...
I have a question. I went to the gynecologist today and it was determined that I can't get pregnant naturally without medication or something.
A bit of background:
Stopped the pill 2 years ago and have always had irregular periods. Sometimes a week in between, sometimes 9 weeks in between, but now it's starting to come more regularly.
Now I have 3 choices:
Choice 1: take hormone pills to induce ovulation
Choice 2: have an ultrasound with fluid injected into my uterus (if I'm saying that right) (she also mentioned this is very painful)
Choice 3: a laparoscopy, but due to corona this wouldn't be possible until 9-12 months from now.

Which one would you have chosen and why would you choose that?
Greetings, Robinnetje

    Hi,

I'd go for the hormone pills first.
Why? Because that feels like the mildest option to me right now.

The ultrasound with fluid sounds really scary to me.

If the hormone pills don't do their job, you can always go for one of the other two options later.

    Good luck making your choice.

I'd also go for choice 1, you get good support there too. You can always do number two and three later.. good luck!

Why wouldn't you be able to get pregnant naturally?

You mentioned that you're becoming more regular now. That would mean you're ovulating and you have a better idea of when your egg is released, roughly.
