Younger friend doesn't want kids yet

Hi ladies,
I'm a 32-year-old woman (turning 33 in March 2021) and my boyfriend is 27 (he'll turn 28 in November 2020). We've been together for about a year now.
I haven't dared to bring up the topic of 'children' yet because I'm scared of his reaction, and we're really enjoying our time together. He does talk about the long term sometimes, but mostly about moving in together, etc. Early on in our relationship, he said he'd definitely want to wait 'at least 5 more years' before having kids, but I don't know if that's changed since then.
Are there any women here with a younger boyfriend who are in the same boat? Honestly, I don't want kids right now either, but biologically speaking, I'm starting to worry that time is becoming crucial . The problem is that I don't want to push him or scare him, so I just never bring it up...

If I were you, I'd still have the conversation. Then you both know what you want.
You can also mention that you don't want it right now yourself.

You really still have some time, okay. :-)

    Good luck..!

    Hi hi,

We're 9 years apart, yes, you read that right! At first, it really took some getting used to. My husband said he wasn't ready for a long time... but he also realized we didn't have another 10 years or so.

Still, we grew into it together, and by now, my man was actually more ready than I was.

Now, happily expecting our first baby, 34 and 25 years old...
