Hi Marjolein,
That’s so frustrating that the GP couldn’t help you! You always hope they can and give you that relief. It’s quite strange that you’re having period-like symptoms; it’s crazy how your body can play tricks on you! Try not to focus too much on it; maybe that will ease your symptoms a bit!
Things are just going on as usual here..... Wednesday’s the day.... So just wait and see... I haven’t got any symptoms at all, so I’m curious! In two weeks we’re off on holiday, so that’ll either be a lovely time to enjoy being pregnant or we’ll give it our best shot to conceive!

Hi ladies,
Here's my update from last week.
Monday I went to the doctor and she already saw that I was pregnant, walking in with a smile on her face.
I also called the midwife, and unfortunately, I can only come in on the 26th.
I hope it works out quickly for you all, who knows, maybe on holiday, wipeout.

That's really tough and frustrating..... Whether it's a positive test or your period starting, at least then you know what's going on!
I have a somewhat irregular cycle myself, but I gather from your story that's not the case for you..... I'm rooting for you hard and I'll keep you posted on my story!

Hi Marjolijn,
It's so nice to see you again. Too bad you're not pregnant yet. I know those weeks past your due date well; for me, it's really because I want it so much that my body goes into a sort of pseudo-pregnant state. I only relax once I really know I'm not pregnant.

Just a quick question. My GP said I should wait another week and then call them again, but I’m not really sure if I should take another test? I still haven’t gotten my period, and I don’t really feel pregnant either... I’ve got more energy, but my breasts are sometimes tender/sensitive. Otherwise, no pregnancy or period symptoms. But there’s a lot of white/clear discharge.
So I don’t know if it’s a phantom pregnancy?

When was the last time you took a test?
If it's been a week, you can take another one—maybe you tested too early.

I’d also do a test. I did 4 tests myself and they were all positive but I didn’t have any symptoms. Only my breasts got a cup size bigger.

Tested again, still negative. Period still hasn't started. Should I call them again tomorrow? There was also something weird in my stool, so I probably should call anyway. On Wednesday I'll be 2 weeks late. Maybe my body thinks it's going to have its period next month?

Same problem here..... No period, negative test, and sore breasts..... I really hoped I'd get my period on time when it was due..... Next week we're going on vacation.....

I think it has to do with the holidays, so I assume I’ll be pregnant when we’re on vacation..... A bit of a shame because I had hoped to have my egg ready for vacation, so we could get started again

Hi Marjolijn,
I'm doing well. On Feb 26th, I'll have my period again. I find it quite nerve-wracking. I'm going to grab an early test from the pharmacy in a bit. I'm so curious. I've already had a pressing feeling in my lower abdomen since yesterday. It feels like you really need to go to the toilet, but that's not the case. I also had a little bit of milk coming from my breasts. That seems very strange to me, because I stopped breastfeeding back in October. How long has it been for you, approximately? Quite a while, right?

January 7th was my first day, January 16th was my last day, and February 6th I was supposed to get it again.
I'm curious what the test will show, Nynke! Exciting!

Everything is still going absolutely great for me, just occasionally feeling a bit nauseous and yeah, my breasts are still super sensitive.

Of course, I'll just say what came out of the test. I hope it's positive so hopefully I won't have another November baby but he'll come in October.

I finally got my period on Monday. This is nice, because then I'll only have it for a few days during my vacation! I'm leaving early tomorrow. I'll keep you posted!

I'm now 8 weeks along and my due date is in October. I think it'll still be a November/December baby?

So I'll be due on October 26th at 39 weeks, and I'll be having a planned C-section.
