First baby comes quickly, second time takes longer. Relatable?

With my daughter, I was already pregnant before we really went for it—I had just stopped the pill and got pregnant right away.
Now, for our second, we've been trying for 15 months and I've already had two miscarriages. Such a disappointment, it's really weighing on me.
Does anyone else relate to this?

    So relatable. I read that this happens more often. The first one was like that, unplanned, and the second took almost 2 years.

    My husband turned out to have severely reduced fertility; there was basically no chance of natural conception, the doctor said. This month I was supposed to start the pill again. The age gap with our other child was too big, and we didn't want to go through another treatment cycle after all the stress and disappointment up to now.

    And now I'm pregnant! But I drank alcohol in week 3. I feel so stupid and guilty. And I'm terrified, even though this is my biggest dream!

    So it can suddenly happen, so keep good hope... maybe try ashwagandha, that worked for my husband...
