Yeah, I did get an ultrasound before getting the prescription for the pills. I also made an appointment for a follow-up scan to check if everything had cleared up afterward and if I was ready to try again.

So I had the ultrasound this afternoon, still a gestational sac with no signs of anything, so I took the pills right away. I'm already feeling all sorts of things, so I'm hopeful that it's going to get worse in the next few hours. I only took them 2 hours ago.

Oh sweetheart, I'm so sorry to hear that. I really hope you'll be able to move on soon

Love hoping for quick clarity for you here the bleeding has finally stopped and the pregnancy test is running its course so it's back to a normal rhythm.
  5. *Lotus* #25

Wishing you a beautiful egg and hoping you get pregnant soon
  6. Besje #26

Strength, sweetheart! I hope the pills do their job smoothly.

I think I started bleeding and having cramps after about 3 hours, and after 4 to 5 hours, the worst pain and heavy bleeding. I did have cramps for almost 24 hours that came and went. But unfortunately, for me, it wasn't complete, and I still had a curettage.

How are you doing, San? Did everything come out naturally?

I wish you both good news soon

Yeah, same here about 3 hours ago, and now I finally have bleeding. Now that I've seen the empty sac with my own eyes, I know it wasn't a baby, and I'm full of determination to get rid of that sac! So just cheered a bit, it's working, and I'm bleeding!
Now quickly tidy up, oldest needs to be put to bed, and see that I have calm time for it afterwards. Hope I've planned it nicely when all the kids are asleep hihi

Hey sweetheart, sending you lots of strength for the coming days and a virtual hug from me! Love,
  9. *Lotus* #29

I still find it sad. Lots of strength, mop

Oh sweetheart, that's so sad, but you're so strong! Take a nice moment for yourself tonight, and do what I did during the bleeding from the pills; eat some crostini with filet americain....

Hopefully it'll work out for you soon!

Haha Lin, I was indeed hesitating in the store this afternoon. Had some nice advocaat on Sunday, hehe!
Love your replies! So far, everything is going really well here. When I feel like this, the cervix is softer, and I’ve taken some PCM, so it’s very bearable. Definitely nice to just lounge on the couch!

Hmm. I think the first pills have worn off by now? I'm bleeding less again, less cramps, and no gestational sac yet.. Still have one dose left, but looking at your experiences, shouldn't I have passed it by now? I do have 1cm dilation, but that's it.
  13. Anne #33

Experiences vary a lot, sweetheart. In my case, the miscarriage had already started a bit, and the pills just gave it that little push. So it went quickly, indeed. It's been 6 hours since your message, so I hope everything is already over. Sending you lots of strength.

Oh, that's so sad, Hartje! I'm still waiting for my first period after the miscarriage. It's been 6 weeks already. It's enough to make you feel hopeless.

Sending you lots of strength, girl!

Oh, Deb, you really have to be patient, right!
It's still not happening here, constant nagging pain but little bleeding and those clots are still all there. So, have patience too
  16. Besje #36

Hi sweetheart, with me, the pregnancy tissue only came out in the morning. Suddenly I felt something come out of me, it was just like a piece of liver. Shouldn't you go for a check-up the next day to see if everything is gone?
I found this really awful... I was sitting in a waiting room full of big bellies and cheerful faces. While I still had severe cramps and had just gotten through the worst night ever.
  17. Hartje started this #37

Oh that's quite sad! Here it's still not lost, little one has a check-up next Wednesday.
  18. kirstnn #38

Sweetheart, I think it might take a while for it to let go. I did have a spontaneous miscarriage, but it started on Sunday night and I didn't lose the gestational sac until Friday. Still, it was a girl.
  19. Hartje started this #39

Okay, Kirsten, then I'll wait patiently! I must have had the wrong idea...
  20. Saar #40

Hi Heart, it also took a while for me. I started having a spontaneous miscarriage on Friday. I had a check-up on Friday evening, but the baby was still there. So I took the pills that same day, and the baby came out only on the following Tuesday. I got my first period 31 days after the miscarriage started. I was 8 weeks along. It's tough, but indeed, your body needs time to let everything go. Good luck!
