How do you know if it's implantation or a period?

Hi,

I have an irregular cycle, and when I do get my period, it lasts max 2-3 days and isn't really super heavy either. How can I tell if it's implantation or just a period?

Never had it, unfortunately, but from what I've read, implantation usually involves very little bleeding, not three days?

I never had any implantation bleeding. You could track your temperature or use ovulation tests to find out when you ovulate. If you get bleeding two weeks later, it’s your period. If you get it earlier, it could be implantation bleeding.

I'm really torn. I either had implantation or my period a few days ago, and now I feel nauseous every time I don't drink or eat on time.

Next week, take a test and then you'll know for sure. I also have an irregular cycle and got pregnant with medication this time.

I thought so, but now it's certain: I'm pregnant.
