I haven’t been with my boyfriend for very long yet.
We were intimate last Friday, and I felt and had ovulation around 4 AM on Saturday night.
Is there a chance I could be pregnant? How long can sperm survive?

Yes, that's possible, sperm can live for about 3 days (maybe even longer). -

If you had sex on Friday, you can't be pregnant yet. Implantation happens 5-12 days after fertilization (so Saturday night or Sunday). So from Thursday night onwards, there's a chance of getting pregnant, especially if you didn't use contraception.
The chance of pregnancy is only about 20%, but sometimes just once is enough for someone.
