2x "pregnant"

Hi everyone!

I've been off the pill for about six months now and have been actively trying to conceive for three months.
I use an app to track my fertile windows accurately.
At the beginning of this month, I got my period (until 8/7) and had ovulation on 11/7. We had sex every day during that time.
My menstrual cycle is always very regular, but lately, I've had this feeling of a knot in my stomach after ovulation, constant hunger but also feeling too nauseous to eat.
On the 25th, I suddenly started bleeding, very light in color (almost pink). Now (the 29th), I'm still spotting. However, it's not enough to call it a period because my tampons are only about 1/3 "full" whereas normally I have a very heavy flow.
I've never had sensitive breasts during my period, but now it's absolutely terrible, especially my nipples are very sensitive and painful when my partner touches them.
I'm also experiencing severe mood swings and I'm crying every evening for no reason.
I have no idea what's going on because this is the first time I've had two "periods" in one month, and I'm not even sure if I can call it a period since it's so different and I feel so different.

Does anyone have more information on this?
I'd really love to hear from you!

Thanks in advance!

If you ovulate just 3 days after your period starts, I assume you have a short cycle (?), so would your next period be around this time or should it normally come later? Because then this would just be your period, but with less flow, since your period usually comes about 14 days after ovulation.

You could take a pregnancy test. If you're really worried, you can call the doctor, but I think they'll advise waiting until next month to see how your period is then.

Your symptoms could be pregnancy symptoms, but they could also just be your hormones.

Yeah, last month I got my period 3 days earlier, which is why my ovulation followed so quickly... that's not normal for me, so I don't understand it at all...

Normally I have a long cycle and I had indicated in that app that my period last month came earlier, and it automatically calculates when my next one should be, and the bleeding was about a week before my "new date."

You shouldn't rely too much on the app.
Your period comes about 14 days after ovulation. So this is your period, just a bit lighter than usual.
Also, your ovulation happens quite soon after your period, but that can happen. How do you know you ovulated?
I'd just wait until next month and see how it goes. If it's shorter or very light again, then take it to the doctor, that's what they're for
