I went to the doctor on Friday to get my IUD removed and now I'm on my period, but when am I most fertile? And how long did it take for you all to get pregnant?

Hi Kriebels,
In principle, you're most fertile around 14-18 days after the start of your period.
I had my IUD removed in November, got my period two days later, but then had a cycle of 41 days. The second cycle was 29 days. I'm now in my third cycle, but the first two were a bit of a search for my cycle, so I feel like I'm really getting started now. Hopefully, it'll happen quickly for both of us!
