Help, who understands this?

Hi, my boyfriend just had a semen analysis done.
We got the results today.
He only knows that his sperm quality has decreased.
I don't really understand this form.
Can you help us?

We'll hear more on Friday.
Then we're going to my doctor to discuss it.

hmmm ... those are a lot of numbers... it looks like 75% of the sample effectively contains sperm cells, but the motility isn't that optimal.
I'm curious what your GP says about it.
How did you handle this practically, by the way? Does my partner also have to undergo it?

Volume: should be more than 1.5 million, so the amount of sperm is higher than average.
However, the count per ml is significantly reduced. This should be above 15. So there is a lot of fluid, but with very few sperm cells.
Of those, a large part is either non-motile or moderately motile. 18% are moving, while it should be above 32%.

Ultimately, your partner has 1.6 million good sperm cells (VCM) in this entire ejaculate; normally, this should be above 20 million.
Below 1 million, the chance of a natural pregnancy is less than 1%. You are just above that, but the score is such that I expect you to qualify for treatment. Probably still IUI. Otherwise, you'd be talking about IVF treatment.

Your partner will likely get another semen analysis because quality can vary greatly each time. Normally, they analyze the sperm again after a few weeks and then decide on the next steps. Strength, girl.
