Pregnant or not? What to do?

Hi,
I stopped taking the pill last September. So far, I haven't gotten pregnant. I have a slow thyroid, but I'm managing it with medication.
I'm under the care of a gynecologist who mentioned that my follicles aren't growing big enough to rupture. I was supposed to get my period on November 22nd, but I still haven't gotten it. I've taken tests, and they're all negative. Last night, I had severe back pain and abdominal pain—I felt everything in my belly with every movement (walking, etc.). What should I do now? Call my gynecologist and get a blood test, or wait it out?

If you normally have a regular cycle and you're sure you should have gotten your period on November 22nd, I'd give your gynecologist a call for advice.

Yeah, I’d also like to have a blood test... Have you already called?
