Hello pregnant women and childbirth educators,
My fiancée Eva is now 12 weeks pregnant with our super-wanted first baby. For the past 4 or 5 weeks, she has been struggling immensely with nausea and a frightening lack of energy. She can't work or even take a little walk to the supermarket. When she walks from the couch to the kitchen, she often has to catch her breath and is then completely drained.
I admire how she's handling this, and I want to do more to support her. That's why I'm posting this.
Right now, she's really struggling mentally and feels like she's the only one going through this. I'd like to ask every woman here who has experience with this to give her some encouragement via a message. Would you be willing to help my lovely fiancée by sharing your experiences or sending a kind message of strength??
Thank you all in advance for your help!

I felt exactly the same at the beginning and sometimes still do... I'm the only woman at work, so I can't compare with others if I stay home or if I'm feeling a bit down. So pretty quickly I got the feeling that I was the only one! But apparently that's not the case, so lots of strength! We've got to get through this!
