Underweight and getting pregnant with a normal cycle

Hi ladies,
Just a quick intro; my name is Marlise, I'm 23 and live in the south of our country. I'm 1.68m and currently weigh 47kg. I've always been very slim when it comes to kids. My weight doesn't fluctuate. I have a regular cycle and get my period every 28 days at exactly the same time. (Tuesday at 12:00, I set my clock to match.) So I have a low BMI and am underweight. When you Google it, you come across stories about fertility issues, but it's not clear to me if this also applies when your period is present every month. So my question to you all is:
Is it possible to get pregnant while being underweight but having a regular period?
Love, Marlise

With severe underweight, you usually don't get your period. So if you still get your period without contraception, you can get pregnant. Some people just don't gain weight easily, and that's just how your body is. Eating healthy and varied should be no problem then.
