    Hey Kristel,

You're welcome! And yes, that's true, Clear Blue needs a lot of hCG hormone. The Kruidvat tests are indeed very good, I hear. Anyway, those two for five euros are good, but there's another one with the purple cap that should give a positive result, which turns out to be very sensitive...

I would just do the test, I understand you're anxious, I was in the same situation, so I'd just do it. I'll let you know how it goes... I'm really curious.

Good luck, girl! Lots of love, Bianca

I'm going to grab those 2 for 5 euros at Kruidvat tomorrow
And on Saturday morning I'll take the test... and then I hope for a positive result!

    Love!

    Hi hi,

I promised to keep you posted. Today is day 44 of my cycle, and my temp is now about 7-something degrees higher than usual. So I'll wait a little longer.

I always use those tests from Kruidvat, the two-for-5-euro ones.

I went to visit my cousin yesterday, what a cutie! Wow, I'm longing to have a baby of my own. She told me she was pregnant from round 1 both times. That's fast! Hopefully it won't take me another 6 months, because then I'll be almost at a year...

    Girls, fingers crossed, I'd say.

    Best, K

    Hey k,

Nice that you're responding again. Gosh girl, that sounds absolutely awful that you're still so unsure right now, that's really frustrating... I think it's really impressive that you're able to stay so patient.

And I can tell you that if it still takes six more months here, I'll be at a year too. I hope we don't have to wait that long. Right now I still haven't gotten my period, and then almost a new round will start hihi. That'll probably be another stressful month. Or hopefully my period comes on time this time, then the stress will be gone immediately and you'll know exactly where you stand.

Sleep well, talk to you soon. And I hope you get a positive test—that goes for both of you, k and kristel, by the way... It would be nice not to have to wait any longer and for you to just have certainty.

    Love, Bianca

    Hi Bianca,

Did you send me a private message based on your post I'm back again. Just took a nice little break

    Greetings
  6. bianca1986 #86

    Hey mamavan2,

Nice that you're back! I see you wrote that you sent a private message, haha. Maybe a silly question, but where can I find it? I can't see it. I'm not here that long yet, hahaha.

I'll hear from you. Have a nice weekend to all of you!

    Lots of love

    Hi!

If you're sitting at the computer, you'll see an envelope icon in the top right corner. On the tablet, if you scroll down a bit on the home screen, you'll see "messages" and next to it, the number of unread ones. :-)

    Cheers!

    Hey Bianca,

Hmm, so something must have gone wrong then. I'm not that familiar with it either, haha. There wasn't anything special written there anyway, so I just left it like that Everything's good here. I'm 15.5 weeks pregnant now, so the complaints are slowly fading. I think everything's fine with the little one. She moves nicely and I think she's growing well too, judging by my belly, haha. Back to the midwife on Tuesday.

Oh, it's always exciting, isn't it, that new round. Wow, already 6 months at it? That doesn't sound easy. For us, it always worked out the first time around. I guess we were very lucky But I've heard the average is still 6 months to a year? Well, and if you're a week overdue, you can test then, but I can imagine that if you feel pregnant, you can't wait that long. I can also imagine that buying all those tests doesn't make you happy.

    Have a lovely day today!

    Hi,

Haven't seen you for a while. What a stressful period, right! Actually, you should probably count 8 more days from your old cycle now, I think. So you'd be aiming for June 11th, right??

Testing can't hurt, of course. If you feel comfortable doing it, you definitely should! But I think the chance is small that it'll show positive already, even if you were pregnant, because I think your period wouldn't be due until next week.

You know it, those from Kruidvat are very sensitive

Oh, I'll definitely keep my fingers crossed for you again!

    Love
  10. bianca1986 #90

Thanks for your sweet and quick message, reply and answer hehe...

Yes, I indeed haven't been there for a bit, with you everything good? And your little wonder? Do you already feel a lot, with kicking, moving etc... Hehe, that sounds so nice to experience :-) seems like something miraculous to me..

And indeed, I'll definitely wait a bit longer with testing because I'm also assuming it's the 11th, but it's strange that today is the third day that I'm normally due, with cramps and stomach pain as if my period is about to start.. It's a tough and uncertain situation hahaha, and really another time when you need a lot of patience, and yes, I know it, the girl from Kruidvat, I have that here anyway.. Thanks for the good luck in advance,

Lots of love from me, hope to hear from you soon ;-)
  11. M #91

    Hi,

Everything's good with me and with the little one too. She's already quite active. It's really special to experience and feel that. It's indescribable

Oh, that's impressive that you haven't tested yet. I could never do that; if I had them at home and started doubting, I'd just test hehe. Yeah, it's really hard, but maybe this month will be the last time you have to wait You never know...

That is indeed strange. You'd think your period is coming, but it doesn't have to be, because early pregnancy can feel like that too. Do you have other symptoms???

    Love,
  12. bianca1986 #92

Thanks for your quick reply again ;-)

Hahaha yes, my hands are itching, but I have to wait a bit longer, because I'm sure I'd test anything anyway.. It's still way too early I think, and yes, I have other symptoms, but I had those back then too, and I still have them now, they're quite weird

    Fever anyway
    Sore and heavier breasts
More bumps around my nipples, so to speak
    Bloated belly
    Gained weight anyway
More white discharge, sometimes a bit yellowish
    Nauseous / dizzy
    Watery eyes
A bit of cramps / stomach pain

Maybe I forgot something hahaha but these are a few of the things I'm feeling now..
I'm curious what you think of these symptoms, I'd really say (pregnancy)

    Love, Bianca

I'll hear from you again. Have a nice evening :-)

    Hi everyone,
I've been trying with my boyfriend for 10 months now, and according to the fertility calendar, I should be in a good spot. But I've had negative tests before with those "standard" ones. I really hope it's not like this again, but is Clearblue much better and more reliable than the regular ones? (I have to wait until the day I can test.) Can someone tell me a bit about Clearblue or something?
  14. bianca1986 #94

    Hi Mandy,

Nice that you left a message. I know from other girls' stories and my own experience that Clear Blue needs a lot of hCG. It says four days before your expected period, but they don't mention that you might need to be weeks late for it to work. Those tests really need a lot of hCG. Just take the Kruidvat ones, 2 for €5, they're very sensitive.

Try those, I think you'll get a result ten times faster than with a Clear Blue. But maybe it'll work for you too, I don't know, it varies a lot.

Good luck with it, let me know how it goes. I hope you get a positive test this month. :-) We'll be rooting for you!

    Love, Bianca

    Hi Bianca,

You're making it more and more exciting, hihi. Why don't you just take a test now? Maybe you'll get lucky and see two lines already. Didn't you still have one left at home?? And if it's negative, try again on the 14th. Especially since those cramps and stuff have gone away, I'd take that gamble. But even if it's negative, there's still hope, right? Just make sure you remember that

Everything's going well here. Indeed, enjoying the weather as much as it lets us. Starting Monday, it's going to be a hospital here, haha. First my daughter, then my husband, and last night it was my turn. Hopefully, we'll get rid of it all in one go, haha.

    Love,
  16. bianca1986 #96

    Thanks for your message :-)

Oh, that damn flu, huh? Yeah, I wasn't feeling well either, getting severe headaches every time.. Really rotten, hope you all get better soon, and especially you with your little miracle in your tummy.. :-) It's nice that you're updating us that the baby is doing well,

I took a test yesterday but it was really negative, but things are getting a bit weird with me though, my test turns pink due to the urine rising, then a line becomes completely pink this is a sign that the test was performed correctly.. Then the test line becomes really vague so the test stays completely pink but in that test window a white line appears... So strange a pink test with a white line... Hahaha it's actually a white test with two pink lines hahaha

Very weird and I always have to laugh about it hahaha

    Have a nice weekend everyone

    Love Bianca..

Just a little more patience, I won't give up hope right away but I'm afraid again that it won't be like this pooh pooh :-( but well I keep hoping, and keep you all updated

    :-)
  17. bianca1986 #97

    Hi everyone,

Here's another update. I can tell you that I've gotten my period. It's weird that my cycle is so messed up, because this is a day early again—I was supposed to get it tomorrow, I swear. I almost can't believe it. After almost three years of the same cycle, now you're trying to get pregnant and everything goes wrong, or not...

I've already been crying again, because it feels like everything is against me and nothing wants to cooperate. I'm so exhausted by all this :-( pff. My intuition was right again, because I already said earlier that it wouldn't work out this month.

I think I'm going to start using ovulation tests now. I don't know anymore. Tracking my temperature doesn't make sense for me, because I've had fevers and chills for almost a year now, and I don't know where they're coming from :-( I'm so tired of everything

    Love, Bianca

    hi hi

I took a test last month and it was positive. I was 6 weeks late. A week later, I went for an ultrasound because of previous miscarriages. I went there full of pride, but they couldn't find a baby. They did a test right there on the spot, and it was negative. I sat there stunned, crying tears of sadness. About 2 or 3 days later, I got my period. I had taken another digital test just before because I just couldn't believe it, but it turns out it really was like that. I am not pregnant, and I'm looking for an explanation here, but I can't find one.
  19. Anonymous Guest #99

I really don't get it, are there women who have experienced this too?

So briefly, 6 weeks overdue, a positive test, no baby visible on the ultrasound, and then a negative result, and my period started 3 days later? Has anyone else experienced this?

    Greetings, Mo

I'm feeling insecure about this, and after 4 miscarriages, it hit me really hard. I'm completely devastated.
