Pregnant and feeling unwell

Hi everyone,
I'm just 6 weeks and a half pregnant.
Last time I had a miscarriage, so now I'm always stressed that something might go wrong again.
What symptoms are you all experiencing?
I only have swollen breasts and frequent cramps that usually go away again.
I really want to enjoy being pregnant, but I keep worrying that something might go wrong.
