Pregnant or not

Hi there,

I stopped using contraception 3 months ago to try for a baby.
We weren't really trying that hard, but I'm now 8 days late and have no symptoms.
Except for a bit more discharge than usual.
I took a test late last night, and there was a faint pink line.
I have no symptoms and don't feel any different than usual, which makes me feel unsure.
I'll take another test first thing tomorrow morning!

    Good morning!

    Just did another test and after 2 minutes a thick second pink line appeared!!
    I can hardly believe it, I'm so happy!!
    If all goes well, I'm now 5 weeks pregnant!

    I totally get it... I'm 7 days late now and had a negative test at 5 days late... I don't feel anything, but I've been vomiting and I'm getting little twinges in my groin and my breasts are a bit tender. What do you think? P.S. I used Action brand tests..

    Hi hi,

    I'm 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant today.
    We have our first ultrasound in 2 weeks
    I also took the one from the Action.
    It worked fine.
    It might be that 5 days is still a bit too early.
    I'd test again in 4 days.

    Hi ladies, quick question. I got my period on Feb 4th. According to various calculations, my fertile window was Feb 15-20 and ovulation on Feb 18th. But based on my body's feelings, I think ovulation was from Sunday to Monday. We had sex on Feb 14th, so I guess it was 1 day too early. But better early than late. Since yesterday I've been feeling so different, lots of cramping in my lower abdomen, frequent urination, and my uterus feels very long. Could this be due to fertilization or implantation? Any advice?

    I'll try to explain it better.

    I got my last period on Feb 4th.
    According to several calculations, my fertile window was from Feb 15th to Feb 20th, and my ovulation was on Feb 18th. My implantation would have taken place on Feb 23rd, and my next period isn't due until March 4th. But I've been having some cramping pain for about 3 days now. Could that be a sign of conception?

    Hi Hope,

    It's hard to say... if I understand you correctly, you should get your period on March 4th.
    So you're not late yet.
    Implantation can happen about 6 days after conception.
    Your hCG hormone only starts to rise once implantation has occurred.
    I also had sharp twinges in my lower abdomen when I was pregnant.
    But it could also be a sign of your period coming.
    So it's exciting!!

    Girls, I'm pulling my hair out...

    It might be hard to see on the photo, but what could it mean?

    I'm now 3 to 4 days before my expected period.

    It's hard to see from the photo, but a line is a line, no matter how faint it is! Congratulations on your pregnancy! I had the same thing with my first test! You can take another test in 2 days, and then you'll see that the line has become clearer due to the rise in the hCG hormone!

    This was my first test.
    As you can see, it's also very faint.
    Maybe you can compare them.
    And do another test in 2 days.

    No, I already know that.. do you also test with Action tests?

    I think I'll be able to see more on Tuesday and can definitely confirm what it is, so there's hope I guess..

    Yes, this test was from Action.
    If you really want clarity, you can get one from Clearblue.
    It can't get clearer than: pregnant/not pregnant, right?
