    Hi Kim..
First of all, congratulations on your pregnancy!!
Are you managing okay? Do you have too many complaints?
You're also welcome here on Brabbels..
Hopefully, you'll find your footing soon and can chat away about all sorts of things or ask questions...
In short, you can always let off steam here!

    Lots of love, Daphne

    Hi Daphne,

Thanks, I do suffer quite a bit from (morning) nausea, but I've found out that eating something light helps.
Not that I have much of an appetite right now haha.
And of course sore breasts and occasional headaches.
And the fatigue kicks in later in the afternoon.
But for me, it's a sign that something good is happening in my body .
I'm already happy that it doesn't hinder my daily activities.

What I find even more nerve-wracking is that we live abroad for my husband's work. Fortunately, I'll be giving birth in the Netherlands; we'll have been back for 3 months by then.
You have special maternity hospitals here, so I'm going there next week for an appointment.

    Love, K

Hehe.. Really feeling under the weather... Well, that's how you feel completely pregnant, of course... Glad it's not interfering with your daily life.. Some have a lot of trouble with this..
Yes, eating something light can help, like a piece of toast or yogurt before you get out of bed.. I never needed that though. Never had any discomfort until my last month when I got heartburn.. Found it a bit sad because those discomforts are supposed to be part of it, right.. Well, I was already 3 months along before we knew, so I didn't notice anything.. And look, now I've had my daughter for 3 months already, it goes by so fast...

Oh, that sounds quite exciting, being abroad.. Where in the foreign country are you if they have maternity hospitals there? It's super nice that you can give birth in your home country, I think, so family is close by and all.. Because once the little one is here, you'd rather enjoy some time with your little guy and then proudly show him off to the family...

Enjoy your pregnancy!! Before you know it, she'll be here and you'll have your little one safe and sound in your arms... When are you getting your first ultrasound??

    Love, Daphne
