Hi moms-to-be
First of all, CONGRATULATIONS to everyone!!!
I've been reading along on this forum for a while, but I haven't introduced myself yet
So here goes:
Baby bump, 26 years old, 11 weeks and 4 days pregnant, first baby. Married.
Location: Rotterdam
Symptoms: a bit nauseous (especially in the evening), tired, and sensitive breasts and nipples.
I wish everyone a wonderful pregnancy and to enjoy it! -

Hi everyone,
it's so nice to be able to share your pregnancy here!!
I'm 25 weeks pregnant with my second child but also have 3 stepchildren to take care of! It's tiring but very cozy. Oh, it's exactly 7 years since I was pregnant with my son!
So this pregnancy is very different.
I hope to exchange experiences and read a lot.
Love, Sen -

Hi expecting moms!
First of all, congratulations to everyone on your pregnancies!
I think it would be really nice to exchange experiences with other ladies and just chat about everything that’s going on during this exciting time.
I’m currently 13 weeks and 6 days pregnant with our first baby, I’m 32 and my partner is 38.
We’re over the moon because we’ve had a strong desire for a little one, and now it’s finally happening. Sometimes we both feel quite overwhelmed.
I’m curious to hear your stories!
Best wishes,
Margy -

Hi everyone!
First of all, congratulations to everyone!..
I'm 9 weeks pregnant and I'm having really bad stomach cramps, and I have no idea what to do about it... Does anyone else here have this problem!?
I'm still very young and I have no idea how all this will go...
Love, -

Hi sweetheart,
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
I totally relate to your symptoms; I had them too from 7 weeks pregnant (I'm now 14 weeks), and according to the midwife, it's the stretching of the ligaments. By the way, I also had my 12-week ultrasound, and there was a tiny, lively little baby with a beautiful beating heart!
But if you're not feeling confident, just call the midwife!
Good luck, girl, and enjoy it.
Warm regards, -

Hi Heart, huge congratulations!
I totally relate to this. At first, you really don't know what to think, but gradually everything becomes clearer! It's totally okay to feel this way, by the way! That's completely normal. -
hartje #47
So glad you're responding so quickly!
I had 2 ultrasounds last week,..
The first time I went to the doctor for my intestines, and then I got the news that I'm pregnant. It was quite a shock, but I've gotten used to it now and I love my little baby! And when I don't quite believe it, I quickly look at the photo I got again!
Do you also have any idea how many weeks this will be away?

Hi Heart, oh wow, that sounds really intense. Not expecting it at all and then suddenly seeing a baby.
You can do a lot yourself to help with digestive issues. Drinking plenty of water and eating lots of fiber often helps a lot. I think when it gets better depends a bit on the cause. Are your bowels stuck? Are you eating well, drinking enough, holding onto fluid... etc etc etc -
hartje #49
Hi Esther,
Yeah, indeed. Since I'm only 16 and my mom will be taking care of the baby a lot while I finish my studies! But anyway, I want to give my child a future, even though I hear a lot of reactions calling me dumb and irresponsible. I can't really disagree with them, but I still want to keep the baby and take care of it with the father... I'm not open to abortion... I just couldn't bring myself to do it, despite all the changes that are going to come!
Anyway, thanks!

Well, it's easy to call someone stupid and irresponsible when it doesn't happen to you. We don't do that here, okay
I think it's great that you want to keep your baby and are not considering an abortion!
I also think that your digestive issues will pass once your body stabilizes a bit. It's just part of all the changes happening in your body. Give it some time, and as Esther says: drink plenty and eat well. -

Hi everyone!
Congratulations to everyone!!!
I'm Lotte and I'm 27 years old. We're expecting our first baby. Tomorrow I'll be 7 weeks. I haven't had an ultrasound or check-up yet. On July 26th I'm going for the first time because I want to do this in the Netherlands. Currently, my partner and I still live in Italy (my partner is Italian). Hopefully, we can move back to the Netherlands before the birth. However, it's a prayer on copper.
And Heart, I also think it's brave of you to make this decision. Wishing you lots of strength with everything.
Greetings, Lotte -

@ Hartje I'll tell you something:
Aborting your baby would be stupid and irresponsible!!!
You should be incredibly proud of yourself for having the courage to take responsibility, and don't let anyone ever tell you otherwise!!!
It's about you and your baby, not what others think!
Everything will be okay, and one day you'll look at your daughter or son and be sure that it was all worth it,
and your little one will be happy that their mom loved them so early on!!
I'm rooting for you!!!
And congratulations to everyone else too!! -

Hey everyone
I'm Sanne, 25 weeks and 1 day pregnant with baby number two!
Our first little one will be turning 2 in September
it's going by so fast and he's so full of energy!
We're getting married on August 6th and 11th and today I got the dress and everything else, so I really can't wait for August 11th!!
August 6th is just the city hall though..
Everything is going well in my pregnancy haha.
I woke up hungry at half past 4 last night and couldn't go back to sleep
so I thought I'd stop by here for a bit!
I finally have a belly now, because with Jeremy's pregnancy I only got a nice, big pregnant belly towards the end!
I was 40+1 weeks pregnant with Jeremy and my delivery was super fast without any problems. Lucky me!
I'm hoping my next delivery will go just as smoothly
I'm expecting a boy and we want to name him Lucas, do you think that fits well with Jeremy, whom we actually call Jer? My future husband
is David and we live together with our almost 4-year-olds in De Kwakel.
Enough about me
how are you all doing! -

Hi everyone,
I'm Serella, 21 years old and now 12 weeks and 3 days pregnant.
I had a miscarriage last year at 6 weeks.
So far I've had 2 good ultrasounds, but I'm still afraid it might go wrong.
Well, stay positive!!
Greetings... -
