Hi there,

I'll introduce myself briefly. I'm a 26-year-old woman. Yesterday, my partner and I decided to try for our first baby... something I've been longing for so long. Now that the time has come, I feel quite unsure, but also curious. What's going to happen, and will I be able to handle it? Maybe it's all normal... but still, the thought of getting pregnant feels a bit unfamiliar. The thing is, my partner and I haven't been together that long, but it just feels so right! We've both had previous relationships, but this time it's different—so much better, so much more right!

Tips and experiences are welcome... I'll keep you posted when the time comes

Hello angel baby and welcome. I'm 28 years old and we've also decided to try for a baby. Unfortunately, it's been a year and a half now and we're still not pregnant. So that's not great, but we're keeping our hopes up.

    Best, Ashley

Hi angelbaby, congratulations on the happy news that you're trying to have a baby! Regarding tips: don't focus too much on getting pregnant, because if it doesn't work the first time, the disappointment will be easier to bear, and you can just keep trying! And if things feel so good between you and your partner, nothing can go wrong. Good luck! X

dear anonymous one, it's not easy when you really want to get pregnant and it doesn't work out after a long time, but always keep believing, sweetheart, that it will work out one day. good luck and i hope with you for some good news very soon X
