Help!! I don't know what to do anymore.

Hi everyone!
I'm a bit stressed! I've been seeing a guy for a while and started the pill. I've been on it for 3 months now. In the 3rd month, I missed one pill at the beginning of the 3rd week, but took it within 12 hours. And I missed one pill at the end of the 3rd week. Then I took 2 pills about 24 hours later...
I had unprotected sex at the beginning of week 3, but used a condom afterwards just to be safe.
I'm now in my pill-free week and thought yay, I'm getting my period. But it's a weird period. Day 1 felt a bit like normal, with cramps, tiredness, etc. But the bleeding was less than usual. On day 2 I lost a bit more blood, but now it's completely over.
Is there a chance I could be pregnant?!? I took a pregnancy test on day 2 of this weird period, and it was negative. I'm a bit stressed!!!
Lately I've been really grumpy and sad, could that be related? But it could also have other causes, I guess.
