The nub

HalloGuest ·
Hi everyone, I want to officially not know the gender. But as weird as I am, I’d love to know what you all think about the nub. I don’t find it very clear myself; sometimes I think it’s pointing up, other times it looks like a straight line. What do you all think?

I'm leaning more towards a girl. And I don't want to say anything that'll worry you, but is it just me, or do you also think the nuchal fold is incredibly thick? Again, I don't want to worry you, but that's what struck me right away when I saw the ultrasound. Or is that not the nuchal fold?

BB, that you can see what it's going to be! The only thing I see is the shape of the baby haha. With my son, I could see what it was going to be, but that was because there was clearly something hanging between his legs haha.

Haha, proud mommy. I was really interested in the nub theory myself. And since I already have 2 girls, I can definitely recognize the nub from those scans. Although I see that the ultrasound was taken at 11 weeks, so there's still a chance the nub could change. From 12 weeks onwards, it can be said with more certainty.

That's nice, then you don't have to wait until 16 weeks haha. Congratulations, girl, you're already halfway there.

Haha yes, that's right. Thanks so much, girl, it's really taking off now!

For me, it went by quickly until 38 weeks, then the time crawled by haha.

Haha, yes, I'd love to believe that. I'd really prefer for her to come at 37 or 38 weeks
How many weeks did you end up giving birth at?

At 41 weeks and 2 days. I’d have it induced the next day, haha.

That's not the nuchal fold you're seeing
