Nausea

Here I am again.
Since this is my first pregnancy, all the feelings and discomforts are new to me.
I was really nauseous this morning, and it was actually pretty okay in the afternoon, but now it's starting to come back a bit.
Not as extreme, but lying down feels very uncomfortable.
Is this weird or actually quite normal?
Maybe a silly question, so my apologies

Totally normal. I work in the neighborhood, and when I was pregnant, I’d often have to hang out between clients above the toilet or step out for some fresh air to get through the nausea. And sometimes you’d just be fine for a few hours with no issues at all. For most people, it gets better after 3 months, and some keep having it longer, even throughout the whole pregnancy. Eating small amounts regularly can sometimes help.

It's indeed very normal. I was sick from morning till evening from 10 weeks to 24 weeks. I mainly kept dry cookies and fruit down. I hope it passes quickly for you.
