Cycle gone missing

Good morning everyone.
I'm Bibi. 24 years old and trying to get pregnant for 2 years now.
My cycle was always 28 days, 4 days of period.
On September 28, 2017, I had a laparoscopy, and everything was normal.
My partner's sperm was also fine.
All in all, we had a pregnancy chance of 33.2%.
The first month after the laparoscopy, I was 5 days late but still got my period.. PERIOD!
Only now my cycle is messed up, and my temperature yesterday was 37.3.
Now because my cycle is messed up, I'm taking my temperature daily since the period started (on the advice of the gynecologist).
On November 9, I had a drop: 36.4.
Has anyone experienced this after a laparoscopy?
