Pregnancy tests, ovulation and ovulation tests

I have a question.
I've had a clear feeling for a while now that I'm pregnant, and a lot of people tell me so too. I've done a lot of tests, all negative. The doctor even did a blood test, which was also negative. I took another test on Friday, and yes, it's positive! What should I make of this?
