No pink cloud

I'm currently 11 weeks pregnant. It's a planned, spontaneous pregnancy, so we're really happy about it. I also don't have much to complain about regarding pregnancy ailments; I'm tired a lot and have to pee often, but I don't have nausea or major hormonal swings. You'd think it's a pink cloud... yet I kind of crashed this afternoon...

This afternoon, I was plagued by strange thoughts that I actually don't like being pregnant that much. Despite having few ailments, I'm bothered by the things I do suffer from. When you've spent an evening cooking nicely, you realize you have no appetite at all and only eat a few bites. When you go out for a fun evening, you get tired in no time, your back starts hurting, and you want to go home. If you stay home while others are going out, you feel like you're boring yourself while others are having fun. And besides that, I also have a lot of other strange thoughts about my boyfriend's ex-girlfriends and thoughts like, 'What if we break up later? He'll still look just as good as now, and my body will be stretched out and covered in stretch marks!'

Don't get me wrong: I have a very stable relationship, and we're absolutely thrilled and blessed with this pregnancy. However, many things I read are about expectant mothers who are on a pink cloud despite severe pregnancy symptoms. My cloud is more grayish, even though I actually have nothing to complain about.

Does anyone happen to recognize this?

No, I don't recognize it, but I do know it happens more often..
Talk to your midwife about this! The first trimester is tough after all, even though the physical symptoms are manageable for you. Probably all your pregnancy hormones are affecting your mental state

    Thanks for your reply, Kruimel!
And a good tip. I'll mention it at the next appointment

Hi. I don't have those pink cloud feelings either. They're welcome here too, and with few complaints, you'd say there's nothing to complain about.
But yeah, every day I wonder what I'm putting on my sandwich, and when I grab it in the afternoon, I think, oh my god....
Same with dinner. And then I think about later... vacations, camping, carnivals... it'll all work out, I guess.
