That's so sweet of you to have replied.
By now, it's finally! over with, more or less.

The treatment didn't do much for the severe pain in my belly and back! No bleeding either.
A week and a half later, I had a D&C, which seemed to go well. But the next day, I was admitted to the hospital.
Probably, blood had flowed through my fallopian tubes into the abdominal cavity. And the D&C didn't go entirely smoothly; my uterine wall was perforated. All of this caused unbearable pain. Fortunately, the internal bleeding stopped quickly, and I was allowed to go home after two days. Now, there's still a clot of 5 cm. That needs to go, and my own cycle needs to get going again. Only then can we look forward. Everything that could go wrong, did... Hopefully, a new procedure won't be necessary now, and that clot will disappear soon.

How did it go for you, Mrs. S?

Wow.. What a story MJB.. I'm just startled by it!
That surgery of yours sounds really intense too! Are they seeing any progress or is it really just waiting?

With me it went really quickly and smoothly with the pills.. The miscarriage was over so quickly..
But maybe too quickly because I'm still bleeding now!!!
I did try to start with the hormones again in the meantime but unfortunately that had no effect.
Now waiting again until I get my period..

And then all those 'nice' comments: Oooh you're surely pregnant again.. Well for now my body is still all over the place..
  3. MJB #43

What silly remarks you get then, right? You hope yourself ql thatbue quickly get pregnant again, but it's annoying when people immediately assume it as a fact. How nice that the pills did their job for you. I'll never take them again.
2 weeks ago I was back for a check-up at the hospital. The clot is gone, thankfully. Sex is allowed again and the next Clomid course is at hand. I haven't had my period yet, but I have a long cycle myself. And now I had positive ovulation tests these past days. We couldn't ignore those, of course.
Who knows who knows, but don't hope too much.

How are you doing Mrs. s?

Ooh, good news MJB!! Finally a bright spot again, feels good, right

We had that too finally. I was told that I had 1 big egg!! Only.. I made the mistake of having one too many drinks that night (which normally never happens!) we had a party, hence..

I was so sick from it that I now think I might have ruined it this month.. What do you all think? Can that have an effect? (I normally don't drink anything at all...)

Well MJB, fingers crossed for this month!!! Xx
  5. * #45

    Hope it's not bad, sweetheart.
You didn't really mention it, Miss.

Glad to read that things are much better for you guys
  6. Mrs.S started this #46

No, that's right.. And I didn't have that many either. But it blew up like a bomb.
    I could slap myself..

Is everything okay with your Lotus?
  7. Mrs.S started this #47

No, I'm trying too You probably know how it goes... Things like that kind of haunt you.
    But we'll see!
Ooh exciting! And.. What do you think? Do you already feel different?
I should know by next week if all goes well..
  8. MJB #48

I don't feel any different at all, and I guess I'm being too hopeful. But hey, it's no bad thing to stay a bit positive after all the hassle, right? When I get my period, I'll just restart the Clomid course and the chances will be a bit better. It's and remains exciting. Do you feel anything? Hopefully, we'll know more in a week.
  9. Mrs.S started this #49

    Exciting, huh?
    Did you take Clomid again?

I'm not feeling much either. I do have some heartburn and need to pee regularly.. But that doesn't necessarily mean anything

I'm on day 25.. And you?
  10. MJB #50

No, I haven't had my period since the miscarriage. The curettage was on August 18th. You should count from around that time. So day 48???? Last week, Monday and Tuesday tests were positive. So I'm hoping to get my period next week (2 weeks later) or be pregnant . But the chance of that is really small!! Frequent urination was really my issue But it's still too early. I'm cheering really hard for you!!
  11. Mrs.S started this #51

Ooh, so we're not exactly on the same page then (that's what I thought ).
I had a miscarriage on Aug 5th. Started Clomid again right away, but it didn't work. So now it's my 2nd cycle after the miscarriage, I guess..
But do you already have a little feeling..?

Haha, well I have to be honest that I have a small bladder anyway, so that's maybe not entirely objective.
If I look really closely, the most noticeable thing is that I don't have a craving for chocolate or sweets (while I'm really a chocolate monster haha), I get heartburn after dinner.. And.. My 'libido' is gone

What symptoms did you have last time?
  12. MJB #52

    Hi

No, no gut feeling. Of course I hope I'm pregnant, but the chance is very small. I was super tired before my miscarriage and had to get up every night to pee. Otherwise, I didn't have any symptoms.
Oh, I hope that yours not wanting things are positive signs!! That would be so nice for you guys! How old are you? First baby, right? Lots of luck while waiting.
  13. Mrs.S started this #53

I hope so too hahaha! But somehow I feel like it's not the case, I feel different than last time Well, we'll see..
I'm 28, and you? First baby indeed.. And for you?
    Xx!
  14. MJB #54

Oh no! Got your period tonight. But not too disappointed. I would have been if I hadn't gotten it until next week, I think. Because I thought my ovulation was early last week. Now I'm glad my body is doing its thing again. And we can start a new attempt. I'm 32. We have a boy, just over 2. He's our little miracle. After a year of trying, we got pregnant even though with my PCOS it's almost impossible. Now we got pregnant with help, but had a miscarriage. And next month we can try again. I'm cheering super hard for you!! I wish it so much for you!! Good luck while waiting!

    Hi MJB!
I totally get that relieved feeling. I had it too when I got my period for the first time after the miscarriage. It’s such a nice thought that your body is cooperating again
What a special story about your little boy!! I also have PCOS and can completely understand why you’re so excited about your little miracle!
I went ahead and tested this morning anyway, even though I wasn’t sure I should. Not sure what to make of the result. It was a weird cycle and it could come back really quickly again.. Well, we’ll just wait calmly
  16. MJB #56

So relatable!! I probably wouldn't have held out until Wednesday either.
But it doesn't mean anything yet! When I was pregnant in June, there was nothing to see on day 29. And on day 32, a faint line! Just a little more patience. But oh MJ, so exciting for you!
  17. Mrs.S started this #57

Congratulations Lotus! Super news in the other group !
    How are you doing, MJB?
  18. MJB #58

I read it too. Super Lotus! Hope everything goes well!! Congratulations! Think positive!
I went to the clinic again today. Day 14. An egg of 18 mm that's about to pop and a good thickness of uterine lining! Exciting weeks ahead. Got a new round of meds too. They want me to follow one more round and then we'll get a supply of medication.
How are you doing, Mrs. S?
  19. * #59

Thank you, dear girls, I hope you'll follow me soon. I wish it all for you too. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed but of course I hope it stays that way...
  20. Mrs.S started this #60

    Ooh nice MJB!!!!
Wow, what a coincidence.. I was actually supposed to start trying on my own for 3 months with Clomid. But I still wanted to go back this month for a check-up because it's really not consistent for me.. One month it works and the next it doesn't! (Just had a good result for 1 month now) I want confirmation first before I can let it go
How do you feel about that MJB?

Aah so lovely Lotus!! I understand why it's nerve-wracking.. I'd feel the same.. But stay positive indeed!! Enjoy it
