    Oh, what a bummer!

It'll be my third. The first one was supposed to be at 7 weeks, but it turned out to be only 5 weeks.. Because they thought it might have gone wrong, I had another scan two weeks later and it turned out to be 8 weeks. Now I should be around 12-13 weeks, hopefully the ultrasound will confirm that next week.

    Me too! Keep me posted!

    Cheers

Oh my! That must make you feel so unsure.
I hope everything is going well with your baby and that you're indeed 12/13 weeks along. It would be weird if you were suddenly a lot more or less weeks pregnant now!

Wishing you lots of success next week

Last time my gynecologist told me not to worry anymore and that everything would be fine, so I really haven't been doing that anymore The heartbeat was good and my belly is starting to grow, so it's probably all good I'm secretly hoping for 13 weeks

Growing belly is a good sign ...
I’m curious what the OB-GYN will have to say and show next week, of course.
Can’t wait to be in your shoes for a day, lol

I can't wait anymore, this uncertainty is driving me crazy! My nipples are sore, there are so many bumps on my belly, I had a temp of 37.3 yesterday and still no sign of it?! I'm going to the doctor tonight!
  7. Missy #47

    I can totally understand, Sky!
I also wanted to wait until Friday to test, but couldn’t hold out. Good luck tonight. I really hope you get some answers tonight.

Good luck, Sky! Hope they can help you out!

    Hi ladies,

I totally get the feelings you're struggling with right now. It took 13 ovulations for me to get pregnant. My cycle was regular for the first few months, then suddenly it wasn't anymore. I also had a couple of times where I barely bled at all, just a few wipes, which I could manage with a pantyliner, whereas normally I need to change a tampon every 2 hours. The last few months I had very different cycles: 38, 28, 42, 46, etc. The female body is just a wonderful thing, and sometimes you really can't make heads or tails of it. By the way, I'm reading things here about 'coming off the pill'; my GP said that doesn't really exist. Within a month, the pill is completely out of your system and you're fertile again. Your body just starts doing what it's supposed to do, but not all women have a regular cycle naturally. Also, things like stress or a cold can cause your ovulation to be later, which means your period will also come later. I hope you guys get pregnant soon, good luck!

Twiggy, thanks for sharing your story. I also only had a few wipes and every test was negative. I'm glad (maybe a weird word choice) that it happens more often and I'm not going crazy ha ha ha...
I still have pregnancy symptoms but apparently my body is just confused

Blood test at the doctor was negative, but now I know all my levels are good to start trying for babies :-) So now I can wait for my period with peace of mind, without asking questions, and do well in round 2! I hope they don't keep us waiting too long !

I hope you get clarity soon too!
    Big kiss!

    Hi Sky,

Sorry about the negative test, but at least you have answers to your questions now and hopefully a bit more peace of mind.

    We're going for it again.

Tomorrow I'll take another ovulation test. Then I'll do it every 3 days until I finally know when I ovulate.

Ladies, wishing you all the best with everything and please let me know how it goes. I'm curious and will stay curious about your stories

Missy, oh, how exciting! Hope you get your period soon. For me, it's now waiting until my period and then having fun and legs up during my most fertile period I downloaded an app today called "lovecycles" that shows when my period comes, non-fertile days, and most fertile days! So I'm going to hope for that a bit.. :$ Good luck, girl, and definitely let me know!

    Have a nice evening.

So I've heard that you should use an ovulation test every day. So I have a small question. Are the ovulation tests from Action any good, or should I order them from Sensi Tests instead?
  15. freya #55

I don't have any experience with them myself, but I heard that the ones from Action are really good.
  16. Twiggy #56

I've used both the ovulation and pregnancy tests from Action. They work great! And they're really affordable, especially since you sometimes need a lot of the ovulation tests.
  17. Cynthia Guest #57

I got mine from Sensitest and they work fine. I do have the Dip Stick Pro ones, which are a bit more sensitive. I don’t think they’re expensive either—12 for €9.99.
  18. Missy #58

Thanks so much, girls, for your replies. I've got a few from the Action now, but I saw on Sensi a kind of starter kit! 24 ovulation tests, 3 pregnancy tests, and some other ovulation stuff, all for €28.99! Sounds a bit too good to be true
  19. Missy #59

Today I saw a faint line on my ovulation test. I've read that it's also considered negative if it's that faint?
Is it wise to test again tonight or wait until tomorrow?

    Hey missy

Tonight is too early. I would test every day. I tested twice a day for a few days but it didn't have much value. Once you've found your egg, you can test twice a day... In the photo you see my ovulation test. I found my peak yesterday and today. Once it starts to drop again, your egg has been released, so to speak.
