Can I be pregnant, or not?

Hi!
Since the whole journey to get pregnant is quite new to me, I'm asking for your help! I have PCOS and started Clomid last month. First round. I wasn't expecting anything because I basically don't have a cycle and my mother, who also has it, never responded to Clomid. So with the first, low dose, I expected nothing!
I've been tracking my temperature from the first day of my period (induced with Duphaston).
