    I’m not happy about it myself, but my sister-in-law is. She still has issues with certain movements even a year later—don’t be shocked!

    Yes, it's really incredibly painful.. I also have pelvic floor instability.. only found out 6 weeks after giving birth.. Now at 9 weeks postpartum, I still have this kind of pain..
