Home birth on the 2nd

Last night the midwife came by for the intake. Seeing my house, she advised me to discuss the birth location again with the doctor. I spoke to the doctor today. At first she said I should give birth on the ground floor. To which I replied that there was only a shed there. Then she agreed with the living room. But now I was thinking. On the upper floor of the living room, I have no toilet and no bathroom. That also seems like a difficult place to give birth. Does anyone have experience with giving birth in a drive-in house? How did you manage this? I'm leaning very much towards faking a nosebleed and doing my own thing.
