Low-lying placenta

Hey ladies,

Quick question: during the fun ultrasound, it turned out I have a low-lying placenta. They expect it to move up, but it’s really weighing on me.
My sister had it too, had a lot of bleeding, went from hospital to hospital, and in the end, my sister lost so much blood that she passed out, and my niece had to be rushed out at 35.5 weeks.
Who has had this and/or knows someone who did, and where it turned out better?

With mine, the placenta was also low, 1.5 cm from the opening, but since your placenta grows upward and not downward, it stayed that way. So I didn't have any bleeding etc. and gave birth at 39 weeks and 6 days.
So just wait and hope that everything turns out okay Good luck!
