Nauseous

I'm 32.5 weeks now and suffering a lot from heartburn and nausea, even vomiting, especially in the evenings and at night. Not every night, but it feels so gross and really awful. Any tips?? Heartburn in waves throughout the day too. Who else has this? I've had it for 3 weeks now. In the first trimester, I didn't have any nausea at all. Now my baby is still in breech position, hoping they turn next week. Then I'll be 34 weeks.

    Ginger!!
In the morning, ginger tea (you can also just take pieces from a fresh root)
And during the day, eat candied ginger as soon as you feel the nausea coming on!!
It worked really well for me.
    And milk helps with heartburn.

Get well soon, Irma! And hopefully your baby is still in there..

I'm really nauseous, up to vomiting.
Hmm, haven't tried ginger tea yet, only milk, vanilla, a sugar cube... an old home remedy doesn't help anymore... Antagel from the pharmacy doesn't help either.

They do say the last few weeks are the heaviest, and it really is like that. Hang in there a week or so, hope it'll be a bit earlier, and yeah, it's still going well.
I've had very few complaints throughout the whole pregnancy, so I'd totally do it again:
    except for tiredness and heartburn.

It's really something that happens in the last 4 weeks. But now I'm really nauseous (vomiting), have heartburn, tiredness... last night I suddenly got a real cramp in my belly, I thought, what is this? It lasted about 15 minutes and then it was gone.
Could the baby have turned maybe? It's starting to feel a bit tight in my belly, hehe.

    Hi Irma,
maybe you can feel if she has turned?
It doesn't hurt to feel for yourself either..
I used to hold my little one's foot because she was kicking too hard against my ribs,
then she pulled it back in and later kicked twice as hard! Hahaha!
It's possible that you can feel changes in the movements.

Yes, you should also keep in mind that your body is getting ready for labor.
That's how it sounds anyway if it's that bad!!
That cramp could have been a Braxton Hicks contraction; I had those already at 33 weeks.
Somewhere in there, I was glad about it, because you get used to the pain.

Hang in there, I'd say!! It's a shame no one else has any tips though..
    Greetings X

It's moving well and VK let me feel it, but I really don't know the difference between a head and a bottom, sorry hihi
Maja will surely turn out fine.

Yeah, indeed, too bad. Last night it went wrong again; the light pressure around my stomach pushed it upwards, and luckily the bucket was next to my bed. Once it was out, a huge relief, and I fell asleep right away! I hadn't eaten anything since 7 PM, and still, it happened.
Hihi, now awake again, but I'm hungry now. Had sultanas and an apple, and that's going well at the moment.
