Hi girls. Still no news here?? Pff, not me either. Just called HA, they're calling back with the results from this morning. I'm on day 24 of my second possible cycle and had light bleeding yesterday. Today, absolutely nothing again. Just like last month. I also had one day of light bleeding on day 24 then. I'll grab a test just to be sure and talk to my GP. I just don't really trust any of this.

Oh Chertje, where do I even begin

After the first 40-day cycle, I still didn't get my period (May 14th). So hope started to grow, I took a test and saw a very faint line (several ladies here on the forum, by the way). But unfortunately, the blood test came back negative. HA advised me to wait a week and do another blood test. After that week, still no period, so back to the doctor. That was on May 31st. He drew my blood again, and it came back negative again. He thought I had skipped a cycle and had my blood further examined. The following Monday, I got a call from him saying I was just in the pre-ovulation phase. And if I don't get my period or am pregnant within 2-3 weeks, I have to go to the gynecologist. So now I'm waiting again, I've put my EXPECTED DATE on June 23/24. That's the absolute deadline for those 3 weeks.. But I'm feeling so incredibly tired, I fall asleep every evening at half past 9, which gives me hope again... I also started looking into it and it turns out I should have ovulated 36 hours after that HA confirmation.. So then I'm already a few days late.. I'm going to try to wait until Wednesday to test..

i'm curious.. hope it goes well for you.. what a hassle all of this is for you.
my partner and i have decided to just keep going with kids.. and from january/february 2014 go back on the pill because otherwise i won't fit into my dress if i turn out to be pregnant after all. and then just stop again after 4 months.
kids are more than welcome, but i can already see it happening that i'll have a big belly on my wedding day and won't fit into my dress..
by the way, i had light bleeding that one saturday in the first month and it turned out to be irregular periods.. i have a cycle of about 23/24 days.. 1 advantage of stopping the pill.. my menstrual cramps are a heeeeeeeeeeeeeel lot less.. i have a much less heavy period hahaha.. but hey.. every month it's still exciting with the NOD.

1 tip, if you don't get pregnant by next year, I wouldn't go on the pill, just use condoms for 4 months.. That way you get to know your cycle better and otherwise you'd have to stop the pill again. (Yes, even after 4 months..).
But of course I hope you get pregnant now or next round! Those short cycles are nice! You have a higher chance in the year

Chertje, I don’t have FB, so that’ll be tricky My doctor says I’m 5 weeks along Those 2-3 weeks are the time after ovulation, and doctors always add another 2 weeks to that.

Oh, that's so sad you don't have FB.. time to make one, I'd say haha.
I'm going to the doctor tomorrow so I'm super curious. Then I'll keep in touch via Brabbels. haha
