Terrible morning sickness

I've been having pretty bad Braxton Hicks contractions for a week now, luckily only during the day so I sleep well at night. With my previous pregnancy, I had them the afternoon before labor started, and that was it. So every time I think now that it might be starting, but no...
Who else had this much trouble with Braxton Hicks contractions and how long did you have them?

I had really bad back labor, but luckily my daughter was born that same evening.

It started at 10 weeks and she was born at 12 weeks. Best wishes, Felicia

Been having contractions for 2 nights now. They also seem to come every time I need to go to the toilet.. I'm almost going through the floor from the cramps (I'm not exactly a wimp). And those back contractions.. I'm getting fed up with them. I'd like to save some energy for the serious work ahead..

I'm 40w+2 and since yesterday afternoon at 12pm I've been having contractions.
Unfortunately, they're not really progressing and sometimes they fade away..
Had a check-up on Friday, already had 3 cm dilation, softened cervix and water that was about to break.
Drove myself to the hospital yesterday (due to the antibiotic treatment I need to get for GBS)
Lay on the monitor there, not strong enough and not regular, still 3 cm dilation..
"Go home and do some more stuff."
Until last night at 11pm, contractions came and went, not regular, and not that painful.

And now suddenly, everything's gone. Occasionally a hard belly, but that's it.
Physically everything is fine, but mentally I'm starting to lose hope.
The doctor has been saying since 37 weeks that 'it really won't take long anymore'...

From week 36 onwards, I've had contractions, then a few days of them being frequent, then a few days of nothing. I mostly had them during the day; I sleep quite well at night, which is great, but I've had them for the past two nights as well, though they're still more frequent and painful during the day. I'm now 40+4 weeks, so please let them keep going! Maybe a Mother's Day baby tomorrow? ????
