63-year-old woman gives birth to her first daughter

Yesterday, Meagan was born at the Medical Center Leeuwarden (MCL). Meagan is the daughter of Tineke Geessink, the 63-year-old woman from Harlingen who made headlines last month as the oldest pregnant woman in the Netherlands. The baby was delivered via cesarean section. Both mother and child are doing well.

I read this somewhere online. I find it absolutely ridiculous. When her child turns 18, she will most likely no longer be alive.

What do you all think about that?

I also find it a bit ridiculous. Luckily, they don’t do this kind of stuff in the Netherlands!

Live and let live. You don't need to force it or overthink parenting, right?

If she's not alive soon, maybe as a foster parent :-(
