Hi,
My due date is December 13th. But I think the baby is doing fine and I'll probably go past this date. How about you? Here, heartburn is really strong, and so is the back pain. Tomorrow I'm going to see the midwife again to see if the baby has dropped... -

I was due on Monday already..
She's doing great in there..
Starting to get contractions every half hour and a bit of back pain..
Other than that, I'm feeling super good!
How about you?? -

I'm doing okay. Sometimes I'm really done with it, and all the aches come at once (back pain, heartburn, needing to pee, burping, coughing, etc...). This is happening more often in the evenings now... But during the day it's pretty manageable... -

Hello ladies,
My due date was Tuesday, but the baby is doing really well in my belly. We think she's waiting for the snow that's supposed to fall here on Friday. I was born on November 28th, and there was a thick blanket of snow when I was born... hence the theory.
I do feel some rumbling now and then, but it's not really progressing yet.
Luckily, I'm patient... so we'll just wait it out... (as if we have a choice, hahaha).
Love,
Anne -

Heyy yeah waiting is really not fun, no, I'm so fed up with it. Every night I have to get up 10 times to pee, it hurts to walk, but I think I'm going past my due date too haha. I hope for you, Patty, that the little one has dropped. I have to go to the midwife again this afternoon too, so I'm curious. Oh, Olivia, a contraction every half hour is a good sign. I hope you give birth soon and without any problems. Heel veel suc6. Hey Anne, yeah you can't do anything else but wait, can you?
It's just all super exciting because you never know when the little one will come
That always remains a surprise

ohh Olivia-Anna, I still have 9 full weeks to go and I'm going crazy from the stillness! I can't even think about going past my due date. I'm glad I'm still working now; it helps keep my mind occupied! -

Hi ladies,
How did you all get through the night? I slept pretty well, after two broken nights, so I'm quite happy. I did have some heartburn last night (as usual every night), but after taking my medication, I managed to sleep fairly well.
Hope you're all doing well too!
Love,
Patty -

Phew, had another rough night last night. Nausea all night, threw up, heartburn, yikes. Luckily I don't have to do anything at all, can rest all day.
Since last night I've also had a strange, pressure-like feeling in my groin (especially on the right). Could that mean the baby has dropped? Does anyone recognize that feeling?
Hope you all got through the night better... -

Yes, nice, that he pfff knows it's nice that you can take it easy
Take good rest
That could be true that the little one has dropped

Hmm, sleep isn't going so well here either these last few nights, unfortunately. I've been sleeping soundly for so long, but lately I've been dealing with this kind of high-up nausea and a burning sensation in my throat. So back to popping Gaviscon, haha.
I don't mind getting up to pee at night that much; I just walk there, do my thing, walk back to bed and go back to sleep. The only obstacle I have is the incredibly high bed, haha.
Luckily, I can take it easy here too (apart from a few things that really stress me out). I just do the little chores around the house; the bigger stuff can go straight to hell at the moment, hehe. I just don't take afternoon naps or anything. I think if I did, I wouldn't sleep at night.
The pressure you feel on your groin is probably due to the pressure your baby is putting on your ligaments. But if you're unsure and it's bothering you a lot, it's best to contact your midwife.
Good luck, ladies
Love,
Anne -

Hi ladies,
I got through the day pretty well, despite the bad night. I'm heading to bed soon, I'm really tired now.
@Joyce, yeah, heartburn is really annoying. If Gaviscon doesn't work (anymore), you should try Antagel. It's only available by prescription, but it works really well!
@Anne, housework can indeed be left to rot for me right now. Luckily, my boyfriend still likes to vacuum and stuff sometimes; we'll just leave the little things for now... I don't really dare take an afternoon nap either, because then I'm afraid I won't sleep at night.
On Tuesday afternoon I have to go back to the midwife, then I'll probably hear if Ukkie has dropped. If I haven't given birth by then, of course, but there are no signs here that it's about to happen, so I think I'll make that appointment...
Good luck to everyone and sweet dreams!
Love,
Patty -

Hi! My due date is 15/12 and I'm really fed up with this, but she's fine with going to the OB-GYN on 11/12 and hoping they'll induce. I'm not allowed to go past 40 weeks due to gestational diabetes. I don't have contractions yet, just heartburn, poor sleep, and waking up 10 times a night to pee. Pffff. -

Okay Patty, I'll ask because it's pretty tough with heartburn pfff. Hey Bibi, I get it, I'm totally fed up with it too, yeah, and peeing is hard, huh. Oh okay, yeah, hopefully they'll guide you through it then. I was due on Tuesday myself, but I think she won't be here yet haha, because my gut feeling says I'll still be going for another week or so. We'll see

Hi ladies,
How are things here? Today is a special day for me; it's my due date! I'm pretty nervous. But I'm feeling fine, slept well, haven't had any discomfort yet... I'm curious when ukkie decides to come...
I hope you're all doing well too.
Best,
Patty -

Hi ladies who are due around this time... Exciting days ahead for you!! Hopefully the little ones announce themselves one by one
and everything goes smoothly... I hope you can still find some rest so you can go into labor feeling your best!
Well girls, wishing you all lots of success and doing great!!
Here it's still a while longer, I hope. I still have about 4-5 weeks to go..
Although it's starting to rumble quite a bit. Our little one has already dropped since 31.5 weeks and since Monday I've been getting quite a lot of hard contractions (even very suddenly, even when sitting) and a lot of aching pains in my back and cramps in my belly.. My midwife told me not to worry, but if it continues or comes back every half hour, I do need to go to the hospital for peace of mind! But I'm seeing the OB on Tuesday, so she'll probably have a lot to say about that
Well, good luck to everyone and don't sit around waiting too much, otherwise the little ones usually stay put he.. Just let them come to you and then these wonderful little ones will definitely appear here this week and next week with their babbling!!

Hey ladies
@patty so exciting for you guys today indeed
I'm also curious when you'll give birth because my due date was Tuesday and there's still nothing happening here. I do have cramps more and more often and a lot of back pain, but the time between them is still too long. I have to see the midwife again on Tuesday if she's not here by then, and then they'll induce me somewhere next week. I really hope she comes on her own, but we'll see when she comes
Patty, good luck in advance if you give birth these days
@Dreams can come true, it's still a little while for you too, so really exciting now
4-5 weeks go by so fast, oh, it's already completely engaged. That was quite fast, huh
You too, have a nice pregnancy, enjoy it

Hi ladies, how are things here? I can now proudly tell you that I've given birth to a healthy baby boy; Ryan. He weighs 3610 grams and has strong lungs!
The delivery went very smoothly, I went from 4cm to 9cm dilation in a very short time. I had about 2 hours of pushing contractions. They were intense, but so worth it! I can also proudly say that I managed to do it without painkillers.
I hope you all have smooth deliveries too.
