Sister or brother for Lina

Hi everyone,

We just found out we're having a second baby! Our eldest daughter, Lina, will get a brother or a sister.

We're looking for both a boy's and a girl's name since we don't know the gender yet.

Some requirements:
- Short name (preferably 4 letters)
- Original name, something you don't hear often, but not too quirky
- No traditional Dutch names, no old-fashioned names

Thanks!

For a girl, Yara – that’s my oldest daughter’s name!
Or Nora could also be nice for a girl. Or Fea, or this spelling Fay – pronounced like “Fee” – sounds lovely with Lina.
Lina and Fay are both short and sweet names
    For a boy, Nick.

The name isn't in there yet, but I do think these names are nice:
    Vita, Alix, Jara

    Kobe, Zias

But my husband isn't too keen on them...

Of all the girl names I mentioned, I think Fay (pronounced Fee) fits Lina the best. Both are short, sweet, and gentle girl names.

Good luck! I hope you figure it out. My husband came up with the name Yara for our oldest, and I was instantly sold—even though I had always been looking for longer girl names at first.

The boy's name has been chosen, but we're keeping it a secret for now.

For a girl, we're still on the lookout. We want a name that goes well with Lina, preferably one with four letters... and something that isn't too common. Any more suggestions???
