Name Pip
I'm expecting a girl and we want to name her Pip, but one of her sisters has Philippa as a middle name. Is it weird to go with Pip?

No, not weird at all. When do you even use a second name? Most people probably won't even know that her sister has that second name.
Besides, it's not exactly the same name, because I wouldn't do that. I know a family where the two oldest have two names and the youngest has one name, which is then the second name of the oldest. I'd never do that. -

I'd just go for it, it's totally fine!
First of all, it's not the same name, and secondly, as someone else already said, there will probably be a lot of people who don't even know your daughter's middle name that quickly, I think.

Honestly, I don’t think Pip is a beautiful name. It reminds me of Woezel en Pip.
Maybe Pippa? Or Pien? -

Just do it. We had this doubt too with Jonah - Joah, but in the end, you hardly use a second name. We're really glad we did it. -
