My experience with painless childbirth

Good morning,

I really want to share my experience. I gave birth twice with a lot of pain and fear, and twice without pain, with relaxation and surrender. The difference is so big that I really want to share this with others. I was thinking to myself how I could best convey this to others. That I made a free website. Where you can find how I was able to experience my last 2 births painlessly and maybe you can use this too. The website is made to make everything clear and has nothing to do with sales or advertising. You can always ask me questions.

There’s a book called ‘Childbirth Without Fear’ that explains there are women around the world who were completely unaware that childbirth could be painful, and these women didn’t experience any pain during childbirth.

It’s really quite special to know this and so meaningful, I think.

We could keep exploring how much fear is in our bodies that makes childbirth painful.

I find questions like that very interesting.

How easy could childbirth be for us if we fully surrendered to nature (childbirth), our bodies, and our babies? Without any fear because our bodies know exactly what to do.

There are even women who gave birth while in a coma.

So your body knows exactly what to do, and you can trust it. And this surrender can lead to a very easy childbirth.

I find it incredibly interesting, and having experienced myself that contractions can truly be painless, I feel a huge motivation to share this with all women.

I hope that by doing so, I can motivate even more women to delve into this or prepare for a painless childbirth.

It’s even so that by surrendering to childbirth and your body, no resistance arises in your body, which means fewer complications can occur, and it can therefore also be safer for your baby. That was also a very comforting thought for me back then.

Because I want as many women as possible to know how to prepare for a painless childbirth, I’ve put everything on a website where you can work on it yourself.

I’m happy to help people, so if I can help you with anything, please let me know.

    Love, Jinky

I can believe that if you’re relaxed and just doing your thing during labor, you can get so inward-focused that you’re less aware of the “pain.” But I don’t really believe in completely pain-free birth. The tissues down there get stretched quite a bit to get a baby through. And yes, your body is made for that, so it should be possible, but it’s not entirely free of physical discomfort.

In my own birth, I actually found the pushing contractions, once I finally reached 10 cm, to be the least “painful.” It felt more like needing to get rid of a big load, so it was quite relieving. Pushed twice and she was out But for me, that was mainly because I felt like I had control back again. Before that, I was just lying there waiting and hoping for enough dilation, which took quite a while because madame was a star-gazer and wasn’t positioned well. Pushing without enough dilation is definitely not pleasant and hard to make pain-free.

But it’s good and nice that you can exchange tips and experiences this way to make the birth as comfortable as possible. The reward at the end, when your baby is there, makes it all worthwhile.

Thanks for your message! Everyone has their own experience One thing is certain: the techniques on my website can only make your birth more pleasant and, in some cases, safer.

Is your experience story also on your website? I can't find it right now.

    What nonsense! Just advertising.
