Good morning,
I gave birth about 6 weeks ago via a C-section. Before I was pregnant, I always had a great gut flora. I had good bowel movements and pooped every day.
Now, 6 weeks after the C-section, I do have bowel movements, but only once every few days. Are there more people here who have experience with this after a C-section? Is this normal, or did your bowel movements return to normal after a few weeks?

I actually ate right away the day after my C-section (you're supposed to ease into it slowly, but I was sooo hungry haha) and by day 3 post-op, my bowel movements were already back to normal! -

For me, he was back to normal after about half a year. He did need some time, indeed. -
