Hi! I'm also due on July 23rd, but luckily I haven't had any issues. Wishing you all the best with the rest of your pregnancy!

Hi everyone! I'm also due in July. I'm 5 weeks pregnant now. Had an ultrasound today because of my previous pregnancy. This time, a little black dot is visible in the uterus

Hi rj, congratulations! I hope you have a lovely pregnancy. Love, Karina, and welcome!

    Hi ladies,
Here’s another update for July. I thought I was 7 weeks pregnant, but I went to the doctor on Monday and there was still no heartbeat visible. There was a gestational sac with a tiny little embryo. So I’m probably more like 5 weeks pregnant now. I’m going back on December 3rd to see if there’s a heartbeat then. Exciting days ahead.....

    Hey everyone,
I found out I'm pregnant on November 12th.
My due date is July 18th.
This is my second child; my son just turned 3.
I have to admit, though, that I'm much more anxious now than during my first pregnancy. I'm so scared it might miscarry. My previous pregnancy was absolutely wanted but quite unplanned
And now we really planned this one, which is probably why I'm so anxious.

It's still a very early pregnancy, but I can already feel it somehow because I can't fit into my pants anymore.
    Do you experience this too?
  12. Tessel #52

    Hi! Congrats to you all!
So exciting! Counting down to Dec 3rd!
You’re getting your ultrasound so early. Is that common or due to circumstances? I have to wait until Dec 24th. Could be a very nice or a really awful Christmas.

    Hi Tessel,
At my midwife's, it's normal to come in around 8 weeks for the first ultrasound.
But if I had to choose for next time, I'd rather have a few extra weeks.

    Oops, something went wrong...

    Hi Tessel,
My midwife usually has you come in around 8 weeks for the first ultrasound.
But if I had to choose between waiting a few more extra weeks in suspense or going home after the ultrasound with a lot of uncertainty and doubts, I'd rather wait. :-(
I hope you can also enjoy being pregnant a little bit until the 24th!

A few days ago I posted a message about my pregnancy. Unfortunately, the pregnancy isn't going as planned. My HCG levels are rising too slowly, so I have to have another blood test on Thursday and then another scan. After that, the gynecologist will most likely decide to end the pregnancy. The baby isn't growing as it should, and combined with the low HCG levels, this points to a "bad" pregnancy.

Unfortunately, I still can't count myself among the lucky ones yet. Hopefully, it'll work out next time.

I wish you all lots of success with your pregnancies and hope everything goes well for you.

    Best wishes

Hi Loishimpe, so sorry to hear that! Was there a reason you had your hCG checked? Is there still a chance it could turn out to be a healthy pregnancy? Sending lots of strength!

    Hey RJ
Yeah, "rot" is still an understatement!
The only reason was because I was only a few days overdue. That’s why I went to the GP for a first check-up and the value was then 88. Given how early the pregnancy was, the GP suggested having blood drawn again the following week for a follow-up. Then the value was 339, and that was too low, so they referred me to the gynecologist. The gynae didn’t fully trust the ultrasound (the baby was much too small according to the pregnancy length), and now I have to go back on Thursday, and they’ll see if they’ll terminate the pregnancy.

Yeah, "rotten" is indeed a mild way to put it; I know exactly how you feel. And then having to wait with all that uncertainty is awful. I really hope you get positive news on Thursday. Once again, sending you lots of strength for the coming days.

    Hi loishimpe,
    What a tough story.
I hope you get some good news on Thursday. Hang in there, I'm rooting for you!

It's mainly that uncertainty that I'm struggling so much with. I'm pregnant, but I'm not allowed to feel like I am because the OB is pretty sure it's going to be a miscarriage. I just feel absolutely awful. I had such high hopes and was so happy last week, and now, in barely a week, I have to prepare myself for a miscarriage. I hope I get a definite answer soon because I can't keep going on like this.
