pink discharge?

Hey everyone!
I'm now 38 weeks and 2 days pregnant, and this morning around 05:00 I had a lot of pink discharge when I urinated and when wiping. Then at 06:00 I had to pee again and had it again when wiping. Since yesterday, I've also been having a lot of hard contractions and a dull ache in my lower back... Does anyone have an idea if it's going to start soon, or does anyone recognize this? How long did it take before it started for you? ????????????????

Hi, I never had this during my births, so unfortunately I can't tell you how long it'll last. I'd suggest calling your midwife to discuss it. No idea if this is normal or happens more often. Good luck with it!
